A True Piece of History! Antique Wedgwood Flow Blue Plate of President Theodore Roosevelt The back reads:

"Theodore Roosevelt: The welfare of each of us is dependent fundamentally upon the welfare of all of us, and therefore in public life that man is the best representative of each of us who seeks to do good to each by doing good to all; to represent all true and honest men of all sections and all classes, and to work for their interests by working for our common country". From the address at State Fair, Syracuse, N.Y September 7, 1903.

The plate measures 9 1/4" in diameter and is in excellent condition with no chip, cracks or repairs. The back bears both the Wedgewood, Etruria, England marking and the impressed Wedgewood mark. The color is a deep, rich blue.
