This c1920 SETH THOMAS T&S BEEHIVE MANTLE CLOCK measures 10 1/2" high by 8" wide at the bottom by 5 1/4" deep. The case is oak, both solid and veneer, the dial is brushed silver metal and the bezel is brass. The condition is excellent with the case being in original finish and free of serious damage or loss and showing minor signs of use. The dial is original and free of dents or dings. The original brass bezel is damage free and has darkly patinated with age. The movement is time and strike and both arbors wind smoothly. It strikes the half hour and counts the hour with a mellow cathedral gong. The clock runs strong and keeps good time. It comes with the pendulum and winding key. Markings: The dial and movement are marked "Seth Thomas".
