Beautiful Royal Doulton character plate - "The Falconer" - D-6279. This series was introduced in 1909. Slight modifications were made in 1915, 1938 and 1948 when the series was renumbered. It is made in England and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The plate measures 10 1/2 inches in diameter. This beautiful work of art displays very well. An excellent gift for the collector or bird watcher in the family!
