Produced in the early 1900's, this elegant Slatted Barrel Back Corner Chair is in good condition. The seat is upholstered in a neutral/taupe damask fabric accented with brass tacks. Both the seat cushion and chair seem to be sturdy and quite comfortable. The wood appears to be walnut. There is a crack in the chair rail and some scratching on the back of the slats and legs most likely due to the age of this piece. The upholstered seat is original and intact. This is a super accent piece for any bedroom or study.
