This mahogany needlepoint embroidered footstool is absolutely enchanting. The embroidered covering is a red background accented by a delicate flower and leaf pattern in the center. It is the original cover. Measuring approximately 11 1/2”inches tall x 13 1/2 “inches wide, it is in good condition. There are some nicks and scratching which reflect the age of this piece and it has been repaired. (See photos for more detail) The fabric and the stuffing are a very firm material not fluffy. I believed it from 1940s or late 40s judging the way is made!! All in all it is adorable and would make a great decorative accent.
