 Acanthus, Antique, Art Deco

Acanthus

Denotes items made of clay, earthenwares or porcelains, which have been fired only once and are unglazed.

Antique

The same as “Biscuit” except it is almost always used to refer to unglazed hard paste porcelain rather than earthenware.

Art Deco

Named after an exposition held in Paris in 1927.  Art Deco items are angular with simple lines.
